It's Easter. What does that mean?
("Easter" is really just the Old English/Saxon name for the month of April.)
Passover / Resurrection Day

What is Passover?
Exod 12 (vs 7 - Blood on doorposts)
The blood of the lamb saved.
The "Last Supper" was a Passover supper.
- Passover began at sunset. So Jesus was crucified on Passover day.

This was God's plan from the beginning.

- Isaiah 52, 53

So, why? Why did Jesus die?
- The Passover Lamb

John 3:3-8, 14-19, John 10:27-28, John 11:25
- Eternal life?? But, we still die, right?
- "That which is born of flesh is flesh and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit."
- We are all born of the flesh and we all die in the flesh.
- When we are born, we are all dead in the spirit. When we accept Jesus we are "born again".

Born twice, die once. Born once, die twice.

Die twice?? Yes!

Ok. So How?
The Roman Road
- 3:23, All have sinned.

- 5:8 Christ died for us.
- 10:9-10 Confess and believe.
